Collect all seven Dragon Balls and Shenron will grant you wishes. In addition to spamming those Expert Missions, you can also make two wishes from Shenron. The Goku version is a bit faster, but either mission will work for the purpose of leveling up fast. Once you have the 40 ton weight quipped, the next step is to complete the Expert Mission, “In the Realm of the Gods: Goku” or “In the Realm of the Gods: Vegeta” and keep doing these quests over and over again. This alone makes leveling up twice as fast so it’s absolutely necessary for the process. Once you have the 40 ton weights equipped you will get double experience points for every completed quest.
This can be obtained by speaking to Nit, an NPC at the top of the PQ area. The first thing you need to do is complete the main story so you can pick up the 40 ton weight Z Soul.
